Radiologische Bildgebung in der Neurorehabilitation

Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag stellt wichtige radiologische Bildgebungsverfahren vor mit Blick auf Spezifika der Neuro-Rehabilitation. Magnetresonanztomographie (MRT) und Computertomographie (CT) gehören neu zur sachlichen Ausstattung, laut Krankenhausversorgungsverbesserungsgesetz. Digitales Röntgen und optionale teleradiologische Anbindung ergänzen das Portfolio. Die Neuroradiologie ist das entsprechende Fachgebiet.
Optimales Neuroimaging trägt zu besserer Patientenversorgung, Qualität und zur Forschung bei. Die entsprechenden apparativen, technisch-methodischen, fachlichen, interdisziplinären und strukturellen Anforderungen werden dargestellt sowie neuro-optimierte MRT-Untersuchungen.

Radiological imaging in neurorehabilitation

Abstract
This article highlights the radiological imaging specific to neurorehabilitaton with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computed tomography (CT) representing essentials according to the novel German hospital legislation. Digital radiography and optional teleradiology complete the portfolio. Neuroradiology represents the related medical specialty. Optimised neuroimaging helps to improve patient care, quality and research. Technical, methodological, professional, interdisciplinary and structural prerequisites are presented along with neuro-optimised MRI protocols.
